这时候贸然催问订单容易显得冒犯,而一封礼貌、自然、不突兀的英文问候邮件(Follow-up Email),可能让客户重新回到你的对话里。

✅ 一、为什么客户突然不回邮件?先搞清楚原因再开口

客户没回复,不一定是拒绝你;更多时候,是因为他们忙了、忘了,或者暂时没有做决定的条件。所以,在跟进之前,先判断“客户究竟是真的没需求,还是暂时没有行动”。
